Welcome to EFDC3
The 3rd European Fluid Dynamics Conference (EFDC3) will be hosted in Zurich, Switzerland, during the dates August 30th – September 3rd 2027.
This conference, hosted by ETH Zurich and held under the auspices of the the EUROMECH Society, is the third event in the new series of conferences EFDC (European Fluid Dynamics Conference). This series resulted from the merger of the former EFMC (European Fluid Mechanics Conference) and ETC (European Turbulence Conference).
Zurich is a vibrant, lakeside city that offers both cultural richness and excellent accessibility. The conference will take place across two adjacent venues, Zurich Convention Center & Park Hyatt Zurich, which are located in the heart of the city on the shores of Lake Zurich, literally just a few steps away from one another. This close proximity allows participants to move effortlessly between the two venues while enjoying an inspiring scientific programme.
